To enhance the quality management capabilities of laboratory testing and to increase the understanding of medical laboratory and related department personnel about the latest progress and developments in clinical laboratory quality control, as well as to familiarize them with the clinical application value of precision testing, and to strengthen academic exchanges and technical cooperation, on November 1st - 2nd, 2025, the provincial continuing medical education project "Application of Precision Testing in the Diagnosis and Treatment of Infectious Diseases" training course and the organized continuing medical education activity in Chengdu "Chengdu High-tech Zone Laboratory Quality Control Training Course" were grandly held in Chengdu. Over 150 colleagues from medical institutions and research institutes both within and outside the region gathered together to conduct in-depth academic discussions on cutting-edge topics such as the innovative application of laboratory testing techniques, the construction of laboratory quality control systems, the testing and diagnostic strategies for difficult cases, and the multi-disciplinary joint testing model.

Clinical laboratory medicine is the "eye" of clinical diagnosis and treatment - from the early identification of infectious diseases to the dynamic monitoring of treatment effects, from laboratory quality control to the collaboration of multi-disciplinary diagnosis and treatment, every precise laboratory report is a "key piece" in safeguarding patients' lives and health. As an important academic exchange platform in the regional laboratory field, this conference not only builds a bridge for medical staff both within and outside the region to learn about cutting-edge technologies and share practical experiences, but also promotes the standardization of laboratory quality management, facilitating the better application of precise laboratory techniques to meet the clinical needs of infectious disease diagnosis and treatment.
