The 2025 Southwest Regional Thrombolysis Elite Cloud Exchange Conference was successfully held online on September 23,2025.

This conference brought together clinical experts, researchers, and frontline healthcare workers in the field of cerebrovascular disease treatment from Sichuan, Chongqing, Yunnan, Guizhou, and other regions, who engaged in in-depth discussions on the latest advancements in thrombolytic therapy for acute ischemic stroke, clinical practice challenges, and regional collaborative treatment.

Experts emphasized that with the intensification of population aging, the situation of stroke prevention and treatment remains severe. As a critical intervention for acute ischemic stroke, standardized implementation and technological innovation of intravenous thrombolysis are crucial for improving patient outcomes.

This cloud exchange aimed to break geographical barriers, promote experience sharing and technological progress, and collectively enhance the level of thrombolytic treatment in the Southwest region.

During the academic presentation session, multiple experts shared the latest research findings in the field of thrombolysis.

The specially designed case discussion session on complex cases became a highlight of the conference.

The final segment focused on sharing experiences in thrombolytic treatment across the Southwest region.

Participants reached preliminary consensus on establishing a regional thrombolytic quality control database, conducting standardized training courses, and improving two-way referral processes.

This cloud exchange conference was not only an academic feast but also a new starting point for the overall improvement of thrombolytic treatment capabilities in the Southwest region.

In the future, we will continue to prioritize patient-centered care and leverage technology as an engine to promote standardization and homogenization of thrombolytic treatment, ensuring more stroke patients receive effective treatment within the 'time window.'

The conference organizers stated that the cloud-based communication model will continue to be implemented, with plans to establish a regular communication mechanism for periodic sharing of the latest guidelines, typical cases, and quality control data, thereby collectively strengthening the life-saving infrastructure for stroke prevention and treatment in the southwestern region.
