With the rapid improvement of imaging examination, all kinds of imaging equipment have been developed by leaps and bounds. In order to strengthen the academic exchange of medical imaging and comprehensively improve the professional level of imaging practitioners, it was hosted by Chengdu high tech Medical Association, and the first phase of "Yinghang plan · Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region People's hospital specialist alliance Nursing Forum" was held on December 4, 2025.

The "Yinghang plan (phase I)" is organized around the technical innovation and clinical application of medical imaging equipment, inviting domestic top experts to share the latest trends and research results of the industry, creating opportunities for young doctors to have in-depth dialogue with authoritative scholars, breaking regional academic barriers, promoting cross regional academic thought collision, and promoting the innovation and breakthrough of theory and technology in the field of imaging medicine. According to the growth needs of young doctors, a curriculum system covering imaging diagnosis, application of new technologies, discussion of difficult cases and other multiple contents was set up to help young doctors broaden the knowledge boundary, improve clinical diagnosis ability and complex problem solving ability, and build a high-quality imaging professional talent echelon through expert teaching, practical exercises, case analysis and other forms.
