The "Heart Health for All" Patient Education – Xinlianxin Cardiology Common Disease Series, organized by the Chengdu High-Tech Medical Association, was successfully held from August to October 2025. During this period, ten popular science lectures were conducted, systematically covering the prevention, identification, and self-management of common cardiovascular diseases such as heart failure, coronary heart disease, hypertension, and arrhythmia. The content was closely aligned with daily life, encompassing practical topics such as scientific lifestyle habits, disease self-monitoring, and rehabilitation essentials, aiming to enhance public awareness of these diseases and strengthen self-health management capabilities. The event achieved a positive social response, significantly raising public attention to cardiovascular health and improving self-management abilities.
