ILD is a complex and heterogeneous group of diseases, representing a major diagnostic challenge and a serious issue for respiratory specialists and internists. The diagnosis and differential diagnosis of ILD are relatively intricate, with highly individualized treatment approaches that require multidisciplinary collaboration involving departments such as respiratory and critical care medicine, rheumatology, radiology, pathology, and rehabilitation nursing. To further enhance the imaging diagnosis of interstitial lung diseases and strengthen multidisciplinary collaboration and communication, the Chengdu High-Tech Medical Association successfully convened the "ILD Committee Imaging Group and Immunology Group Clinical Case Review Conference" online on December 18, 2025. The conference invited several renowned experts to participate and discuss cases. Attendees expressed that they gained significant benefits from the event.
