"China Cardiogenic Stroke Prevention Base Project" Launch Ceremony and Standardized Diagnosis and Treatment Training Successfully Held in Chengdu High-tech Zone

    On the afternoon of June 4, 2019, the "China Cardiogenic Stroke Prevention Base Project" Chengdu High-tech Zone kick-off ceremony and cardiogenic stroke standardized diagnosis and treatment training were held in Chengdu. The event was co-sponsored by the National Health and Health Commission, the Sichuan Provincial Health and Health Commission, the Chengdu High-tech Zone Community Development and Governance and Social Undertaking Bureau, the Sichuan Tianfu Health Industry Research Institute, the Chengdu First People ’s Hospital, the Chengdu High-tech Zone Medical Association Co-host.        After the launching ceremony, a special training was conducted on "standardized diagnosis and treatment training for cardiogenic stroke". Director Hu Hongde of West China Hospital of Sichuan University, Director Liu Hanxiong of Chengdu Third People's Hospital, Director Zhang Jun, Director Rao Ping and Director Dong Xiaoli of Chengdu First People's Hospital served as training teachers. The training gave special lectures on five aspects including comprehensive management of patients with atrial fibrillation, anticoagulation strategies of special atrial fibrillation population, the status and opportunities of anticoagulation of atrial fibrillation in China, secondary prevention of cardiogenic stroke, and rehabilitation progress of stroke.
