Report on the establishment of a community professional committee of the Chengdu High-tech Zone Medical Association

Leaders and teachers, good afternoon! The Community Professional Committee of the High-tech Zone Medical Association launched the first preparatory meeting on April 29, 2016, and the second preparatory meeting on 5.5. These two discussion meetings were carried out under the care of the leadership of the Department of Health, with the help of the Medical Association. Under the joint discussion of the leaders of the service center, it was imperative to reach consensus on the establishment of a community committee. With the full assistance of leading units at all levels and a good community health service basic environment, as well as the joint efforts of all members, I believe that our community special committee in the high-tech zone will definitely have a better tomorrow.

In accordance with the constitutional spirit of the Medical Association, the Association actively and conscientiously carried out work, did a good job in the development of community health services in our district, organized various academic exchanges and technical training, and improved the ability of practitioners in various centers for discipline construction. The special committee mainly works on six themes:

1. Strengthen the organization and construction of the special committee to consolidate the development of community health general medicine.

2. Establish community health continuing education and personnel training to improve the level of professional and technical personnel.

3. Take advantage of the platform to realize resource sharing, community clinical research, community health key discipline construction, and key project construction.

4. Do a good job of self-discipline and standardization in the community health industry.

5. Excellent evaluation in community health industry, advanced units and individuals.

6. Introduction and optimization of assessment standards for community health services.

Finally, strengthen the construction of software and hardware in community health service centers to improve work efficiency. Carry out community-related academic activities on a quarterly basis to better play the academic functions of the association, so that the special committee has an important publicity to provide general health technicians and people in the district with an understanding of the construction of public health services in the community and pay attention to the development of health medicine Dynamic windows and service platforms. In order to promote the high-tech community health services, there is a better improvement.

In addition, I also hope that with the assistance of leading units at all levels, the nursing professional technology level of the high-tech zone will be promoted, the nursing technology team will be promoted, and the nursing cause will flourish. Carry out academic exchanges in nursing science and technology, organize research and scientific investigation activities on nursing science and technology topics, and solve difficult nursing cases. And actively explore nursing talents; publicize and reward noble medical ethics and professional nursing staff; carry out community nursing consultation; create conditions for remote nursing education.
