        According to the progress arrangement of the scientific research project "Chengdu High-tech Zone Primary Health System Development Research" jointly submitted by the High-tech Zone Medical Association and West China School of Public Health of Sichuan University, under the overall coordination of the High-tech Zone Social Undertaking Bureau and the participation of the Chengdu High-tech Zone Medical Association The West China scientific research team led by Dr. Xin Junguo was at 14:00 on August 18, 2017 and 14:30 on September 1, 2017 at the Xiaojiahe Community Health Service Center in Chengdu High-tech Zone and the Third People ’s Hospital of Chengdu High-tech Zone / Sancha Town Health Center conducted a pre-investigation of the field investigation phase of the basic health service system research project in the Chengdu High-tech Zone.

    Gu Xuefei, Deputy Director of the Health Development Research Center of the National Health and Family Planning Commission, and the Medical Security Research Office, gave guidance to this topic. Director Tian Jun of the Health and Family Planning Department of the High-tech Zone participated in the survey and listened to the progress report of the project team. For the patients who visited the Xiaojiahe Community Health Service Center and the Third People's Hospital of High-tech Zone / Sancha Town Health Center, the general population in the courtyard activity rooms around the center, other people in the central jurisdiction, and the leaders of the community health service center / town health center. Employees conducted questionnaire and interview surveys. This pre-survey provides a reliability and validity correction index for scientific research projects to go deep into the grassroots research, ensuring the orderly conduct of scientific research projects.
