At 9:00 on December 26, 2018, the election and inaugural meeting of the Chinese Medicine Rehabilitation Professional Committee of the Chengdu High-tech Zone Medical Association was held in the conference room on the 5th floor of the outpatient department of Chengdu First People's Hospital.

The founding meeting was submitted to the election of the meeting after preliminary review by the organization department of the Medical Association on the basis of the recommendation of the unit and the self-existence of the individual in accordance with the provisions of the "Administrative Measures for the Second-level Organization of the Medical Association of High-tech Zone" After the election, the chairman, deputy chairman and standing committee of the first Chinese Medicine Rehabilitation Special Committee were elected.

Dong Xiaoli of Chengdu First People's Hospital was elected as the chairman, Zhang Ying of West Jinnan Hospital in West China, Wang Li of Chengdu First People's Hospital, and Hezhou of Chengdu High-tech Pukang Hospital were elected as deputy directors.

At the academic conference, Professor He Chengqi of the Department of Rehabilitation, Sichuan Huaxi Hospital and other experts from the Department of Rehabilitation and Neurology gave academic lectures. Professor He Chengqi made vivid and detailed presentations from six aspects: basic strategy, technical strategy, system strategy, safety strategy, development strategy, and innovation strategy. In the presentation, other experts also shared and exchanged from their respective field achievements, front-line clinical experience and cutting-edge technical research. The successful convening of this meeting has established a platform for the majority of experts and scholars to communicate and learn from each other, which will definitely promote the vigorous development of Chinese medicine rehabilitation in the high-tech zone.
