On March 28, 2019, the academic conference of "Application of Mass Spectrometry Technology in Various Genetic Metabolic Diseases and Follow-up Intervention and Treatment" sponsored by Chengdu High-tech Zone Medical Association and undertaken by Chengdu Renji Medical Laboratory was successfully held in Tianyi Hotel, Chengdu More than 100 relevant representatives of medical institutions at all levels participated in this meeting.

At this meeting, Professor Han Lianshu from Xinhua Hospital affiliated to Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Medicine, Professor Liu Hua from the Newborn Screening Committee of Sichuan Provincial Department of Health, and Professor Cheng Xinran, the chief physician of the Endocrine Genetic Metabolism Department of Chengdu Women and Children Center Hospital, gave lectures to everyone. The purpose of this meeting is to promote the application of mass spectrometry technology in clinical testing of multiple genetic metabolic diseases, do a good job of tandem mass spectrometry quality control, strengthen academic exchanges and development between hospitals at all levels in our province, and improve the clinical performance of genetic metabolic diseases in our province Intervention treatment level.
