On the afternoon of April 2, 2020, the Chengdu High-tech Zone Quality Control Management Service Center was commissioned by the Social Enterprise Bureau of the High-tech Zone to organize provincial and municipal experts to conduct an administrative licensing technical review of the newly added Internet diagnosis and treatment service project of the Chengdu Micromedicine Comprehensive Clinic Department.

The Chengdu High-tech Zone Quality Control Service Center has formulated a review work plan in accordance with the requirements of the Internet hospital administrative license review. Three experts, including Fan Rong, Minister of Science and Technology of Sichuan Provincial Health Information Society, Huang Bo, Chief of Information Section of Chengdu Public Health Clinical Medical Center, and Liu Linjuan, Director of Quality Control Department of Chengdu First People's Hospital, formed an expert panel to conduct on-site evaluation. The entire evaluation process was supervised by Mr. Wu Bosheng from the Department of Community Development, Governance and Social Services of the High-tech Zone, and the Quality Control Service Center of the High-tech Zone participated in the organization and coordination.

At the review site, the three experts conducted detailed review and acceptance of the institution's department settings, staffing, facilities and equipment, medical service management, and practice rules, and put forward valuable suggestions and opinions to promote the institution's further standardization. Construction and management play a guiding and helpful role.
