In order to promote the establishment of a system for the prevention, detection and treatment of adrenal hypertension in the grass-roots areas of Sichuan, the awareness rate, detection rate and control rate of hypertension-related diseases are increased. On April 27, 2020, a video sharing seminar on secondary hypertension and adrenal surgery was successfully launched online. The conference invited Professor Zhang Xinjun in the field of hypertension in the West China Hospital Geriatrics Center, Professor Li Liming, Department of Urology, Tianjin Medical University General Hospital, Professor Luo Guangheng, Department of Urology, Guizhou Provincial People's Hospital, Professor Zhang Yushi, Peking Union Medical College Hospital, First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University Professor Xu Ning was the guest speaker. The meeting attracted more than 100 related medical personnel to watch.

During the meeting, Professor Zhang Xinjun comprehensively analyzed the various situations of "common secondary hypertension screening", emphasizing that primary doctors learn a variety of identification and possible factors, and surgeons can be as delicate and comprehensive as physicians.

Professor Li Liming from Tianjin Medical University General Hospital shared the "Relapsing Adrenal Surgery for Recurrent Adrenal Adenoma", which showed that it may be the most difficult situation to deal with in clinical practice. Professor Li started with a number of case explanations, combined with the intuitive display of surgical videos, which made the audience feel that the theoretical analysis and actual drills were no different.

The "adrenal hemangioma resection" shared by Professor Luo Guangheng of Guizhou Provincial People's Hospital is relatively rare, so that more people who do not have the opportunity to contact such cases can learn more knowledge and surgical skills.

Professor Zhang Yushi of the Concord Hospital shared the "Surgical Resection of Adrenal Cortical Cancer" and introduced the latest medical methods and technologies in related academic fields to the participants in recent years.

After the theory and plan, Professor Xu Ning of the First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University showed the video sharing of laparoscopic adrenal surgery. The superb surgical process made the online participants amazing!

Finally, Professor Zhu Yuchun of West China Hospital of Sichuan University summarized this seminar.
