On the afternoon of May 13, 2020, the Chengdu High-tech Zone Social Affairs Bureau commissioned the Chengdu High-tech Zone Quality Control Management Service Center to organize provincial and municipal experts to conduct an administrative licensing technical review of the Chengdu Hi-Tech Jinqian Universal Medical Clinic in the district.

The Chengdu High-tech Zone Quality Control Management Service Center has formulated a review work plan in accordance with the requirements of the “Regulations for the Administration of Medical Institutions”, “Implementation Rules for the Regulations for the Administration of Medical Institutions” and “Basic Standards for Medical Institutions (Trial)”. Three experts, Hu Xun, Minister of Medical Affairs of Chengdu First People's Hospital, Liao Yan, Director of Nursing Department of Chengdu Shangjin Nanfu Hospital, and Xu Shilan, Chief of the Sensing Department of Chengdu Shangjin Nanfu Hospital, formed an expert panel to conduct on-site assessments. The entire review process was supervised by Yang Haifeng and Song Cheng from the Department of Health of the Social Affairs Bureau of the High-tech Zone. The Quality Control Management Service Center of the High-tech Zone participated in the organization and coordination.

At the review site, the three experts conducted detailed reviews of the institution's department settings, staffing, facilities and equipment, medical service management, medical waste disposal, and practice rules, and put forward valuable rectification suggestions to promote the institution Further standardized construction and management played a guiding and helpful role.
