On the afternoon of July 2, 2020, the Chengdu High-tech Zone Quality Control Management Service Center was commissioned by the Social Enterprise Bureau of the High-tech Zone to organize provincial and municipal experts to conduct an administrative licensing technical review of the Chengdu Qixing Internet Hospital.

The Chengdu High-tech Zone Quality Control Service Center has formulated a review work plan in accordance with the requirements of the Internet hospital administrative license review. Three experts, including Wu Banghua, Director of the Information Department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of West China University of Sichuan University, Liu Lin, Director of the Information Department of Chengdu First People's Hospital, and Liu Linjuan, Director of the Quality Control Department of Chengdu First People's Hospital, formed a panel of experts to conduct on-site reviews. The entire review process was supervised by Mr. Wu Bosheng from the Department of Community Development, Governance and Social Services of the High-tech Zone, and the Quality Control Service Center of the High-tech Zone participated in the organization and coordination.

At the evaluation site, the three experts conducted detailed examination and acceptance of the institution's department settings, staffing, facilities and equipment, medical service management, and practice rules, and put forward valuable suggestions and opinions to promote the institution's further standardization. Construction and management played a guiding and helping role.
