In order to effectively strengthen the management of the use of narcotic drugs and the first category of psychotropic drugs in our district, in accordance with the spirit of the "Regulations on Administration of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Drugs", "Prescription Management Measures" and other relevant documents, the Chengdu High-tech Zone Medical Quality Control Management Service Center is The Community Development Governance and Social Affairs Bureau entrusted the organization of more than 100 medical institutions in the area from July 21 to July 22, 2020, and more than 500 grassroots medical staff participated in the "2020 Prescription Rights for Narcotic Drugs and Class I Psychotropic Drugs" qualification exam".

The assessment was conducted in batches in an orderly manner in the Academic Report Hall of the Library of Chengdu High-tech Zone and the conference room of the University of Electronic Science and Technology Hospital (Qingshuihe Campus). During the examination, the reference personnel of various medical institutions were seated in strict accordance with the examination serial number, and strictly abided by the examination room rules, and successfully completed the examination within the prescribed examination time.

Through this assessment, the management level of the clinical application of anesthetic drugs and the first-class psychotropic drugs of the grassroots doctors in our district has been further improved, which has provided guarantee for medical quality and medical safety, and has strongly promoted the healthy development of the medical and health industry in the high-tech zone.
