Entrusted by the Education, Culture and Health Bureau of Chengdu High-tech Zone, the Quality Control Management Service Center of Chengdu High-tech Zone organized provincial and municipal review experts to apply for the PCR laboratory and the second level of the Chengdu Shangjin Nanfu Hospital in the district on September 11, 2020 The biosafety laboratory records and conducts expert on-site review.

The Quality Control Management Service Center of Chengdu High-tech Zone is in accordance with the "Regulations on the Management of Medical Institutions", "Basic Standards and Management Practices of Medical Testing Laboratories (Trial)" (Guoweiyifa [2016] No. 37) and other relevant documents, as well as secondary biosafety According to the requirements of laboratory filing and review, a technical review work plan was formulated. Two experts, Professor Liu Hua from Sichuan Provincial People's Hospital and Xu Ying, director of the Laboratory of Chengdu Medical College, were invited to conduct on-site review and acceptance of Chengdu Shangjin Nanfu Hospital. Teacher Liao Lipeng from the Health Department of the Social Affairs Bureau of the High-tech Zone participated in the supervision work throughout the whole process, and the Quality Control Service Center of the High-tech Zone participated in the organization and coordination work.

At the review site, two experts conducted detailed analyses on the zoning layout, personnel qualifications, facilities and equipment, medical waste management, biosafety, and system construction of the PCR laboratory and the secondary biosafety laboratory of Chengdu Shangjin Nanfu Hospital. Review and acceptance, and gave valuable guidance, and put forward rectification requirements for problems found in the review process. This review has played a guiding and helpful role in promoting the further standardized construction and management of the laboratory.
