Entrusted by the Education, Culture, and Health Bureau of Chengdu High-tech Zone, on the afternoon of December 9, 2020, the Medical Quality Control Management Service Center of the High-tech Zone organized provincial and municipal review experts to conduct research on Chengdu Dingdong Tingyu Education, Chengdu High-tech Middle School Children’s Rehabilitation Hospital, Chengdu Hi-tech Haiersen Hospital, Chengdu Hi-tech Lansen Rongkang Rehabilitation Clinic, and Chengdu Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Hospital were the first five designated institutions to submit applications for rehabilitation of disabled children for on-site review.

Chengdu High-tech Zone Medical Quality Control Management Service Center refers to the admission standards of designated institutions for rehabilitation of eyesight, hearing, limbs (cerebral palsy), intellectually disabled children and autistic children in the Sichuan Disabled Persons’ Federation System (for trial implementation), combined with the actual rehabilitation work of disabled children in Chengdu High-tech Zone , Formulated a technical review work plan, and invited Kang Xiaodong, director of the Children's Rehabilitation Department of Sichuan Bayi Rehabilitation Center; Wang Hong, director of the Child Health Department of Sichuan Maternal and Child Health Hospital; Zhong Jianguo, director of the Rehabilitation Medicine Department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu Medical College; Chengdu Director Zhou Wenzhi of the Rehabilitation Department of the Municipal Women’s and Children’s Central Hospital; Director Dong Xiaoli, Director Yu Zhihua, Director of the Rehabilitation Department of Chengdu First People’s Hospital, Director Wu Yan of the Finance Department, Accountant Fei Xu and Accountant Zhou Feng formed an expert review team, divided into three groups to conduct on-site on-site institutions Review and acceptance. The civil affairs, education, and health teachers of Chengdu High-tech Zone participated in the supervision work throughout the process.

At the review site, experts respectively inspected nine aspects of the organization’s legal person governance, department setting, system management, financial management, personnel setting, site setting, facilities and equipment, business functions, and file management, and gave valuable guidance to the review. The problems found in the process put forward rectification requirements.

This review has played a guiding and helpful role in promoting the rehabilitation and assistance of disabled children in the district, establishing a standardized rehabilitation and assistance service organization for disabled children, improving service capabilities and improving service quality.
