The performance evaluation of public hospitals is an important measure to guide the comprehensive reform of public hospitals and to promote the high-quality development of hospitals. To strengthen the thinking and summary of the performance appraisal work, to guide the three-level public hospitals to effectively improve the overall medical quality and management level, to achieve high-quality development of medical services in public hospitals, and to protect the health rights and interests of patients. In order to promote the innovative development and sustainable healthy operation of the third-level public hospitals, the results of the performance evaluation of the third-level public hospitals in 2018 showed that the scores of "Sustainable Development" in the medical institutions were generally low, on November 18,2020, Chengdu hi-tech Medical Association held a special session on pharmacoeconomics titled "Sustained Development Capability Enhancement Program in the context of performance evaluation of Tertiary Public Hospitals" .

Starting with solving the problems of PHARMACOECONOMICS, consulting the literature on the design issues, promoting the sustainable development of the discipline, sharing experience through this project, and making progress together through brainstorming, so as to achieve high-quality development of medical services in public hospitals, to protect the health rights and interests of patients.
