On October 18th, 2016 (Tuesday 14:30), the first meeting of the Secretariat of The Nursing Committee of Chengdu High-tech Zone was held in the conference room on the 2nd floor, 59 Xinyi West Street. The meeting discussed the short-term work plan and goal of the nursing committee, the management method of the nursing Committee and the online and offline activity plan of continuing education. The conference was attended by the secretariat of the Nursing Committee, Zeng Bin, secretary-general of the Medical Association, and his assistant.

At the beginning of the meeting, The secretary General of the Association Zeng Bin gave a speech, giving brief guidance on how the Nursing Committee could improve the professional and technical level of primary care practitioners in the region, strengthen the continuing education of nursing medicine, and enhance the academic exchanges among various associations. Next, li Zhenghuan, head of the secretariat of the Nursing Committee, presided over the review of the recent work plan arrangement, post responsibilities of the nursing Committee, three-year work plan and goals of the nursing Committee and other documents, which were brought back to the secretary of each chair unit for further consideration. In addition, the secretariat has conducted detailed discussions on how to better carry out WeChat classroom lectures, online and offline activities of continuing nursing education, application of various scientific research and academic activities, and training skills competition for grass-roots health posts in the district. At the end of the meeting, a collective discussion was held on the sources of funds, specific payment methods and management methods of funds for the nursing Committee.

At this point, the first meeting of the secretariat of the Nursing Committee of The Medical Association of Chengdu High-tech Zone has been successfully concluded. The nursing Committee of Chengdu High-Tech Zone will be better and better with the active participation and joint efforts of all the chairpersons.
