In order to improve the quality of nursing care, strengthen the quality of nursing services, and promote the standardized writing of nursing documents, a training on "standardized writing of nursing documents" organized by the Nursing Committee of Chengdu High-tech Zone was held in zhonghe Community Health Service Center on the afternoon of April 26th.2017

Mr. Chen Benhui from the nursing Department of South Fu Hospital in West China provided training for nursing staff. Professor Chen mainly explained the concept and significance of nursing records, basic principles, basic requirements and norms, frequency and time limit requirements, recording content, etc., emphasizing that it should be taken seriously from a legal perspective and written seriously. This training has played a positive role in promoting nursing staff to write nursing documents in a timely, accurate, objective, true, complete and standardized manner as well as improving the nursing level of primary medical institutions.
