Chengdu High-tech Medical Association About convening the second member congress  Cum Notification of the 2020 Advanced Commendation Meeting

In the five years since the establishment of the Chengdu High-tech Medical Association, under the strong leadership of the Education, Culture, and Health Bureau of the High-tech Zone, with the strong support of various member units, governing units, standing director units and experts, all work has achieved gratifying results. The term of the first council of the Chengdu High-tech Medical Association expires. According to the relevant provisions of the "Articles of the Chengdu High-tech Medical Association", the second member representative conference of the society and the 2020 Advanced Commendation Meeting will be held on March 30th, 2021. Participants: member representatives, member unit representatives, chairmen of academic organizations, leaders of the Education, Culture, Health and Health Bureau of Chengdu High-tech Zone

Sign-in time: 12:30-13:30

Meeting time: 13:30-15:00

Venue: Tianfu Hall, 4th Floor, Chengdu Yinglian Jinsheng International Hotel (No. 27, West Railway Station, Wuhou District, Chengdu)

2. Conference content:

(1) Hearing and reviewing the Chengdu High-tech Medical Association "Work Report of the First Council", "Financial Work Report of the First Council" and "Articles of Association", "Administrative Measures for Academic Organizations", "Implementation Rules for the Management of Academic Organizations", "Academic Activities Management Measures", "Financial Management Measures", "Financial Reimbursement System" and other system revision drafts;

(2) Elect the members of the second council of Chengdu High-tech Medical Association;

(3) To commend advanced units and individuals in 2020;

(4) Leader's speech

3. Meeting requirements:

(1) Participating member representatives please arrange a good time and attend the meeting on time;

(2) Candidates for the second board of directors must participate;
