Entrusted by education culture and the health bureau of chengdu high-tech zone, chengdu high-tech zone medical quality control management service center, provincial, municipal review experts on the afternoon of January 5, 2022 for chengdu Gao Xinyi grain comprehensive outpatient department and chengdu high-tech yinghua ophthalmology clinic application of health experts on-site audit examination of the administrative licensing.

The Medical Quality Control Management Service Center of Chengdu High-tech Zone has formulated the technical review work plan according to the requirements of the regulations on the Management of Medical Institutions and the Basic Standards for Medical Institutions (Trial). Under the guidance of Ms. Ling Min from Health Department of Education, Culture and Health Bureau of Chengdu High-tech Zone and the coordination of Medical Quality Control Service Center of High-tech Zone, the audit went smoothly. Three experts, Including Liu Lei, an expert in hospital sense of Sichuan Orthopaedic Hospital, Tang Yiwei, an expert in child care from Chengdu First People's Hospital, and Fan Min, an expert in nursing from Chengdu First People's Hospital, formed an expert review team to conduct on-site evaluation and acceptance of the two medical institutions.

At the evaluation site, experts conducted a detailed examination and acceptance of the layout of the two institutions, personnel qualification, facilities and equipment, medical waste management, system construction and other aspects. While fully affirming the achievements of the two medical institutions, the review expert group proposed rectification requirements for the problems found in the review process, and provided sufficient professional consultation and technical guidance for the management of the two medical institutions. This evaluation can further standardize the practice behavior of medical institutions, guide the construction and standardized management of medical institutions.
