Entrusted by the Health Bureau of Chengdu Hi tech Zone, the Medical Quality Control Management Service Center of Chengdu Hi tech Zone organized provincial and municipal review experts to conduct expert on-site review on the registration and filing of the secondary biosafety laboratory applied by Chengdu Huayin Medical Laboratory in the zone on the morning of October 28, 2022.

The Medical Quality Control Management Service Center of Chengdu Hi tech Zone has formulated a technical review work plan according to the requirements of the review of the secondary biosafety laboratory, and invited Zhou Yu, an inspection expert from Sichuan Provincial People's Hospital, and Chen Chuanrong, a hospital sense expert from Chengdu Panzhihua Iron and Steel Hospital, to form an expert review team to conduct on-site review and acceptance. Cheng Hongjia, a teacher from the Health Bureau of Chengdu Hi tech Zone, participated in the whole process of supervision, and the Medical Quality Control Management Service Center of Chengdu Hi tech Zone participated in the organization and coordination.

At the review site, the expert group carried out detailed review and acceptance on the division layout, personnel qualification, facilities and equipment, medical waste management, biosafety, system construction, etc. of the institutional laboratory, gave valuable guidance, and proposed rectification requirements for the problems found in the review process. This review has played a guiding and helping role in promoting the further standardized construction and management of the laboratory.
