Entrusted by the Health Bureau of Chengdu Hi tech Zone, the Medical Quality Control Management Service Center of Chengdu Hi tech Zone organized provincial and municipal experts to review the administrative licensing technology of "Chengdu Hi tech Yueen Comprehensive Outpatient Department and Chengdu Hi tech High tech Medical Examination Outpatient Department" in the zone on September 29, 2022.

The Medical Quality Control Management Service Center of Chengdu Hi tech Zone has formulated the review work plan according to the requirements of the administrative license review of the outpatient department. Wang Lin, Director of Sichuan Provincial People's Hospital, Xu Shilan, Director of Shangjin Nanfu Hospital of West China Hospital of Sichuan University, Chang Jun, Director of Sichuan Maternal and Child Health Hospital, and Xu Lu, Director of Chengdu Second People's Hospital were invited to form two evaluation expert groups to conduct on-site review and acceptance. The Health Bureau of the High tech Zone supervised the whole process, and the Medical Quality Control Service Center of the High tech Zone participated in the organization and coordination.

At the review site, the two groups of experts respectively conducted a detailed review and acceptance of the organization's zoning layout, diagnosis and treatment subjects, personnel qualifications, system construction, facilities and equipment, medical waste management, and conducted on-site assessment of the professional level of medical personnel. The evaluation expert group put forward valuable suggestions and opinions based on the review and assessment results, which played a guiding and helping role in promoting the further standardized construction and management of the institution.
