Hypertension is considered a global public health problem and the most serious complication for patients with heart, brain, kidney, mental, and endocrine diseases. Cross sectional studies have shown that the incidence of hypertension in China is increasing year by year, and hypertension is the most important factor affecting patient prognosis and the leading cause of patient death. To improve the level of medical workers in the management and treatment of chronic cardiovascular diseases, conduct in-depth discussions on the cutting-edge diagnosis and treatment progress of comorbidities, and promote the mutual penetration and integration of multiple disciplines. On May 12, 16, and 23, 2023, a series of meetings (1-3) on comprehensive management of chronic cardiovascular diseases were held. The meetings invited Professor Wu Jing from Chengdu Third People's Hospital, Professor Qin Wei from West China Hospital of Sichuan University, Professor Kang Zhongjun, Professor Zhang Yaolin, and Professor Chen Li from Ziyang First People's Hospital, Professor Wen Yu from Ziyang People's Hospital, Professor Zou Wenshu from Chengdu Fifth People's Hospital, and Professor Peng Ke from Western Theater Command General Hospital Professor Wu Yuxian and other experts and scholars gave wonderful lectures on relevant topics, and the attending representatives expressed their great benefits and hope to participate in similar conferences in the future.
