"The first inaugural meeting and academic Conference of Neurosurgery Special Committee of Chengdu High-tech Medical Association" was successfully held in Chengdu on June 2-3, 2023.

On the evening of June 2nd, 96 experts in the field of neurosurgery from major hospitals in Sichuan, Chongqing and Guizhou attended the inaugural meeting of neurosurgery special Committee of Chengdu High-tech Medical Association through online and offline forms. According to the Articles of Association of Chengdu Hi-tech Medical Association and the Regulations of Academic Organization Management, the conference passed deliberation and democratically elected a new leadership of the special committee, including the Standing Committee, the Chairman, the chairperson-designate and the vice-chairperson-designate. Professor Wang Zhenyu of Sichuan Provincial People's Hospital was elected as the chairman, and Professor Xu Xuejun of Chengdu Second People's Hospital was elected as the chairperson-designate.
