On the morning of May 14, 2024, the Secretariat of the Chengdu High-tech Medical Association organized the sixth joint party and government meeting in 2024, which was presided over by Comrade Zeng Bin, Secretary of the Party Branch and Secretary-General of the Chengdu High-tech Medical Association.

At the meeting, the Secretary of the Party Branch conveyed the study of the content of Chapters 6 and 7 of the Disciplinary Regulations of the Communist Party of China and the spirit of the meeting of the Management Committee of the High-tech Zone on the construction of clean and honest intermediary. The meeting required all comrades to fully understand the significance of studying the Regulations, and earnestly enhance the consciousness and firmness of learning. It is necessary to enhance the sense of responsibility, improve the rules and regulations, closely combine the actual work of the society, and implement the specific measures for the construction of clean, high-tech and clean intermediary construction.

The meeting heard and considered the work reports of various departments of the Institute's secretariat in April 2024, the progress of key projects and the work plan for May. The meeting deliberated and adopted seven topics, including the establishment of the special committee, the change of chapters, the holding of the annual academic conference and the innovation and development conference, and the recruitment of new positions.

The leaders of the secretariat made one comments on the implementation of the work of various departments one by one and put forward specific requirements for the next step:

First, we should adhere to leading the high-quality development of the society with high-quality party building, adhere to the frequent resonance of party building and central work, integrate and develop party building and business work, pay close attention to traditional projects, strengthen innovation work, and promote the deepening and practicality of the society's exploration of business.

Second, it is necessary to strengthen centralized management, give full play to the role of overall planning and coordination, take the normative documents of legal persons' outgoing auditing, the evaluation work standards of academic social organizations and the specific requirements for the construction of clean and high-tech construction of clean intermediaries as the starting point, improve the management process, promote standardized construction, overall planning, strategic layout and overall promotion, deepen the integration of systems, technology and resources, improve the level of cooperation between various departments of the society, better mobilize the enthusiasm of all aspects, and promote the formation of a pattern of co-construction and sharing.

Third, pay close attention to the goals and tasks at the beginning of the year and continue to run out of the "acceleration" of development. All departments should refine the tasks and measures, compact the responsibilities layer by layer, and ensure high-quality completion of various work goals and tasks throughout the year in advance.
