With the gradual refinement of the development of operation management, the requirements of city and county hospitals for the operation management practical ability and professionalism of specialty assistants have been increasing. To improve the operation management level of city and county hospitals and build an operation management system. After the study, "Integration and Innovation: New Quality Productivity and Refinement of Hospital Operation and Management - The Second Academic Conference of Operation and Management Committee of Chengdu High-tech Medical Association and Operation Management Training Course" was held in June, which was co-sponsored by Chengdu High-tech Medical Association and Shangjin Hospital of West China Hospital of Sichuan University, and organized by Operation and Management Specialized Committee of High-tech Medical Association. The "Operation Management Training Course" was successfully held in Chengdu on June 22nd. In the academic salon stage, the three sharing guests focused on the theme of "New Quality Productivity and Hospital Operation Management Refinement", and exchanged and discussed three aspects, namely, performance under DRG payment reform, how to improve the efficiency of the operating room, and how the operation management can help to improve the performance in the national examination.
