With the rapid development of health care, nursing management, as an important part of medical system, is facing new challenges and opportunities. In this context, jointly organized by Chengdu First People's Hospital and Chengdu High-tech Medical Association, The 2nd Academic Annual meeting of the Nursing Branch of Chengdu Hi-tech Medical Association and the continuing medical education project of Chengdu City, "Nursing Head Post Management Training Course" (C24-01-114050120), was held in the Academic Hall of Chengdu First People's Hospital on June 28, 2024. More than 200 nurses from all levels of medical institutions in the region, assistant nurses, nursing backbone and nursing management personnel of medical institutions participated in the training meeting.
