In order to implement the key tasks of deepening medical reform, continuously improve the service capacity of primary medical and health institutions, further improve the service quality and efficiency of community health service centers, and ensure the standardized provision of basic medical and health services, entrusted by the Health Bureau of Chengdu High-tech Zone, Chengdu High-tech Medical Association organized provincial and municipal experts to conduct 2024 basic medical performance assessment on 11 community health service centers in the district from January 16 to 17, 2025.
   

    The assessment consists of an expert group composed of medical management experts, hospital management experts, pharmaceutical management experts, nursing management experts, and medical quality control management experts, who are assessed from 28 indicators. Before the formal assessment, each expert group organized a pre-examination work meeting and conducted training on indicator interpretation. Unified standards, unified standards, adhere to the principles of fairness, justice and fairness, and effectively play the role of performance appraisal to promote the sustainable and healthy development of community health service centers.

     The expert assessment team went deep into 11 community health service centers in Chengdu High-tech Zone to conduct on-site assessment. Meanwhile, experts gave on-site guidance to the work of each community health service center. The entire assessment and evaluation work focused on the connotation of the community health service center in Chengdu high-tech Zone through evaluation and evaluation. Lead the direction of public welfare hospital in grass-roots medical institutions, let the health gatekeeper better serve the community people, and let the people get more sense of gain.
    After the assessment officially started, the experts in each group fully affirmed some of the characteristics and highlights of the community health service centers and gave detailed guidance on some specific problems by consulting documents, sampling prescription medical records, personnel interviews, data summary and analysis, etc., and the inspection personnel in each community health service center listened carefully to the recommendations of the expert group. Record relevant issues in a timely manner.
    Through the basic medical performance assessment of community health service centers: First, through the establishment and improvement of community health service center performance assessment mechanism, promote community health service centers to continuously improve service capacity and improve service quality, and strive to provide safe, effective, convenient and economical medical and health services for the people. The second is to implement the requirements of the health work policy of the new era of "focusing on the grassroots", take multiple measures at the same time, comprehensively improve the service capacity of the grassroots, and promote the construction of an orderly hierarchical diagnosis and treatment pattern.

    The community health service centers take this assessment as an opportunity to constantly summarize their work experience, effectively promote the in-depth development of public health and community basic medical services, and provide better health services for the majority of residents.
