In order to further strengthen the medical quality management and control work in Chengdu High-tech Zone, improve the construction of medical safety quality control system in high-tech zone, promote the high-quality development of medical quality, and ensure medical safety. On February 18, 2025, Chengdu High-tech Zone held the "2025 Medical Quality Control Management Work Conference and the Establishment Conference of Quality Control Branch Center" to promote the quality control management work to a new level.

The leaders who attended the meeting were: Comrade Zhang Jing, member of the Party group of the Health Bureau of High-tech Zone, a researcher/Director of the Medical quality Control Committee of High-tech Zone, Comrade Ye Chunyun, member of the Party group and deputy director of the Health Bureau of High-tech Zone and all members of the quality control Committee. There are: high-tech zone quality control center director, secretary and 48 medical institutions in charge of the main person, a total of more than 140 people attended the meeting.

The meeting was chaired by Zeng Bin, director of Medical quality Control Management Service Center of Chengdu High-tech Zone. At the beginning of the meeting, Ai He, deputy director of the Medical Quality Control Management Service Center of High-tech Zone, made a "2024 annual work summary and 2025 annual work plan report of Chengdu High-tech Zone Medical Quality Control Management Service Center" to the conference. A comprehensive review of the past year's work results, and clear future development direction. Then, the three excellent quality control sub-centers of hospital sense, medical records and physical examination shared the work summary in 2024 and the work plan in 2025, respectively, providing valuable experience and ideas for the quality control work in the region.

Comrade Ye Chunyun, member of the Party group and deputy director of the Health Bureau of High-tech Zone, issued certificates to five excellent quality control sub-centers of tumor, hospital sense, medical records, physical examination and ultrasound in recognition of their outstanding contributions in quality control work.

In order to continuously improve the quality control management system of high-tech zone and the construction of quality control sub-center, after the early application and review, the Health Bureau of Chengdu High-tech Zone agreed to set up "10 medical quality control sub-centers of Traditional Chinese Medicine Internal medicine, traditional Chinese medicine surgery, traditional Chinese medicine bone injury, traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture and treatment of disease, traditional Chinese medicine, neurology, rehabilitation, gynecology, obstetrics and pathology". Zhang Jing, a first-level researcher of the District Health Bureau/Director of the Medical Quality Control Committee of the High-tech Zone, issued a letter of appointment for them; It marks that the construction of quality control system in high-tech zones has reached a new level.

Finally, Director Zhang Jing delivered a concluding speech, she pointed out that medical quality and safety are directly related to the people's health rights and interests and personal feelings of medical services, is the core task of medical management work, but also the lifeline of the medical health system must adhere to the bottom line. In recent years, the Health Bureau of High-tech Zone attaches great importance to medical quality management, constantly improves the quality control system, innovates the management mechanism, and has achieved remarkable results. In the future, we should continue to promote quality control with high standards and strict requirements, and provide more high-quality and safe medical services for residents in the area. And stressed that the establishment of the quality control branch center is an important measure for the high-tech zone to deepen the reform of the medical and health system and promote the high-quality development of medical and health undertakings. Then she put forward several requirements for medical quality control work in 2025:

Clear positioning, fulfill duty. The work carried out by the quality control service center and each quality control branch center should not be limited to the level of the unit and the undergraduate department, but should stand at the height of the whole region, plan the construction and development of various specialties, and promote the continuous improvement of the medical quality of the whole region. Focus on the short board, accurate quality control. The quality control center and each quality control branch center should systematically sort out the problems that still exist in our medical quality and safety, establish a problem ledger, timely formulate the implementation plan for medical quality control improvement objectives, and further improve and perfect the medical quality management system and standards. System management, check and reform simultaneously. Each quality control branch center should sort out the key points of quality control, urge and guide medical institutions at all levels to standardize all aspects of medical service through risk assessment and control measures, and effectively reduce the occurrence of medical accidents and accidents.

Director Zhang Jing's speech pointed out the direction for the medical quality management work in the high-tech zone and encouraged the morale.
