On the afternoon of January 21, 2025, the Secretariat of Chengdu High tech Medical Association organized the first Party and Government Joint Meeting and Safety Education Special Meeting of 2025. The meeting was chaired by Comrade Zeng Bin, Secretary of the Party Branch, Executive Vice President and Secretary General of Chengdu High tech Medical Association. At the meeting, safety education and training were provided to all employees through PPT, videos, photos, and other methods around the theme of Spring Festival safety. During the training, detailed safety precautions were explained for office, driving, household electricity, gas, water, and telecommunications fraud during holidays, ensuring that everyone can respond quickly and effectively in case of emergencies. And organize all employees to watch the anti fraud videos released by the National Anti Fraud Center together, enhance their self-protection awareness, and improve their ability to recognize and prevent fraud. The meeting reviewed and approved issues related to the organization of the conference, the plan for the Spring Festival activities, and the performance allocation for 2024. The leaders of the Secretariat provided a detailed evaluation of the work progress of each department and put forward specific requirements for the next steps: firstly, to strengthen the safety management of the office building during the Spring Festival period. The relevant departments should strengthen the security work of office buildings, refine various security measures, enhance duty during the Spring Festival, sign responsibility agreements, and improve emergency plans. Take practical actions to ensure the safety of employees' lives and property, effectively prevent and contain accidents, fully guard the year-end "safety checkpoint", and ensure a safe and peaceful Spring Festival. The second is to improve the human resources assessment and evaluation system. In 2025, we will continuously improve the performance evaluation system, refine performance evaluation methods, strengthen the application of evaluation results, and maximize the role of performance evaluation as a "baton" and "compass". We will establish a talent evaluation system guided by innovation ability, quality, effectiveness, and contribution, and promote the sustainable development of the society. The third is to strengthen archive management and improve management quality and efficiency. Archive management is an important part of the standardized construction of the society. It is necessary to further clarify management norms and classifications, improve archive management systems, strengthen archive information management, and solidly improve the comprehensive level of archive management through regular training, cross departmental mutual inspection, and overall assessment, in order to promote the high-quality development of the society.
