On the morning of March 3, 2025, the Secretariat of Chengdu High tech Medical Association organized the third party and government joint meeting of 2025, which was chaired by Comrade Zeng Bin, Secretary of the Party Branch, Executive Vice President and Secretary General of Chengdu High tech Medical Association.

The meeting listened to and reviewed the work reports of various departments of the Secretariat of the Society for February 2025, the progress of key projects, and the work plan for March 2025. The meeting reviewed and approved issues related to academic conferences, personnel work, administrative work, etc.

The leaders of the Secretariat provided individual comments on the progress of each department's work and put forward specific requirements for the next steps of work:

One is to firmly establish the concept of high-quality development and deeply understand that development is the fundamental way to solve all problems. We must adhere to the principle of 'doing', take practical work as the guide, bravely face challenges, overcome difficulties, and always maintain a positive and enterprising spirit. To focus on the target tasks, strengthen the implementation of responsibilities, and ensure that all projects proceed efficiently according to plan. At the same time, we focus on process management and result orientation, timely summarize experience, optimize methods, and lay a solid foundation for the sustainable development of the society.

Secondly, we need to continuously strengthen our service awareness and further optimize our work style. We should proactively approach the needs of experts, provide precise and efficient services, actively build a "friendly and clean" service relationship, and continuously enhance the service power of "friendly" and the constraint of "clean". We need to continuously improve the quality and level of services by improving service mechanisms and innovating service methods, creating a favorable working environment for experts and assisting in scientific research and innovation.

The third is to fully leverage the role of centralized and coordinated management tools, deeply tap into the inherent potential of the society, and comprehensively enhance cross departmental communication and collaboration capabilities. By optimizing resource allocation, clarifying division of responsibilities, promoting close cooperation and collaborative operations among departments, forming an efficient and interconnected team collaboration mechanism, further enhancing overall execution and innovation capabilities, and injecting strong impetus into the high-quality development of the society.

At the end of the meeting, the importance of safety work was emphasized, requiring all departments to effectively fulfill their safety responsibilities, ensure the continuous stability of the safety situation, and provide strong guarantees for the sustainable development of the society.
