On the morning of June 9, 2025, the Secretariat of Chengdu High tech Medical Association organized the 6th Party and Government Joint Meeting of 2025, which was chaired by Comrade Zeng Bin, Secretary of the Party Branch, Executive Vice President and Secretary General of Chengdu High tech Medical Association.
At the meeting, the party branch secretary conveyed two typical cases of party members and cadres violating the spirit of the Central Eight point Regulation by eating and drinking in violation of regulations, and arranged for the deployment of the society to implement the relevant work of the Central Eight point Regulation.
The meeting requires all staff of the Secretariat to draw profound lessons from the typical cases reported, maintain a clear mind at all times, and strictly abide by the disciplinary red line. We need to further enhance our political stance and deeply understand the importance of continuously deepening the construction of work style. We will resolutely crack down on any behavior that violates the spirit of the Central Eight point Regulation, never tolerate it, and continuously consolidate a good atmosphere of clean and upright conduct.
The meeting emphasized that all academic branches of the society must always prioritize discipline and rules, strictly abide by the spirit of the Central Eight point Regulation and its implementation rules. We need to further improve the institutional norms for key links such as activity approval, fund management, and official receptions, refine standards, strictly control scale, and practice thrift, resolutely eliminate any form of violations and disciplinary actions, and ensure that all conference activities are conducted honestly, pragmatically, and efficiently.
The meeting listened to and reviewed the work reports of various departments of the Secretariat of the Society for May 2025, the progress of key projects, and the work plan for June 2025. The meeting reviewed and approved issues related to academic organization succession, conference convening, internal management, personnel work, etc.
The leaders of the Secretariat provided individual comments on the progress of each department's work and put forward specific requirements for the next steps of work:
One is to sprint with all our strength and strive to complete the annual target tasks ahead of schedule. Position the work with higher standards, solidify responsibilities with harder constraints, and solve problems with more practical methods. Adhere to the organic unity of goal orientation, problem orientation, and result verification, rigidly implement the mechanism of "daily follow-up, weekly consultation, and monthly inventory", strengthen the cancellation of hanging charts, reverse scheduling of construction periods, and binding of responsibilities. With the perseverance of "firmly grasping the green mountains and not relaxing", efficiently clearing all obstacles in the progress, ensuring that the core work is not only completed on time and with quality, but also striving to catch up with the progress and finish ahead of schedule, laying a solid foundation for the decisive battle to achieve the annual target tasks.
Secondly, it is necessary to establish a sound and complete work closed-loop system, and drive the implementation and effectiveness of work with clear guidance. From task deployment, progress execution to summary feedback, each link must have clear responsibilities and be tracked in place to ensure that everything has a clear outcome and feedback. At the same time, a scientific and reasonable reward and punishment mechanism should be established to commend and reward individuals and teams who have outstanding work performance and remarkable achievements, and to stimulate the enthusiasm and initiative of employees and entrepreneurs; Serious accountability will be held for perfunctory and ineffective implementation, with a clear direction to promote the implementation and effectiveness of work, and to create a good atmosphere of practical work, learning and catching up.
The third is to strictly regulate the reporting materials and external communication work. When drafting and submitting various report materials, as well as conducting external exchanges (including manuscripts, speeches, promotional materials, etc.), it is necessary to abide by norms, be rigorous and meticulous. We must strictly control the content, data, text, and confidentiality to ensure the authenticity and reliability of information, sufficient argumentation, accurate expression, and standardized format. External communication must pay attention to the occasion, grasp the scale, unify standards, eliminate arbitrariness and lack of rigor, and demonstrate the good style of the society with zero errors and high quality.
At the end of the meeting, the focus was on deploying safety work, and all departments should deeply cultivate the core concept of "safety first", fully implement the safety production responsibility system, and safeguard the high-quality development of the society.
