To thoroughly implement the requirements of the "Notice on Issuing the National Medical Quality and Safety Improvement Goals for 2025" issued by the Office of the National Health Commission, and to further advance the special actions such as the "Infection Control" action, "Medical Aesthetics" action, and "Regulation and Order" action issued by the National Health Commission, the Medical Quality Control and Management Service Center of the High-tech Zone conducted a special guidance on the implementation of the comprehensive improvement of medical quality actions in 23 medical institutions within the zone on July 24, 2025.

This guidance was led by the Infection Control Quality Control Sub-center of the High-tech Zone, and a joint inspection team was formed in collaboration with experts from the Medical Aesthetics Quality Control Sub-center, the Pharmaceutical Affairs Quality Control Sub-center, the Nursing Quality Control Sub-center, and other fields to carry out cross-professional and multi-dimensional quality assessments.
The expert group conducted in-depth and detailed supervision and inspection through methods such as reviewing documents, on-site visits, random questioning, and interviews, focusing on the implementation of various measures of the "Infection Control", "Medical Aesthetics", and "Regulation and Order" special actions in medical institutions. They provided on-site feedback on the problems and deficiencies found in the work and put forward scientific and reasonable suggestions and opinions.
This special action guidance not only provided more precise improvement directions for medical institutions in the High-tech Zone but also laid a solid foundation for the continuous improvement of medical quality and safety throughout the zone. In the future, the High-tech Zone will continue to promote medical quality management work with high standards and strict requirements, providing patients with safer and higher-quality medical services.
