With the widespread adoption of imaging technologies, the use of contrast media has been increasing year by year. How to scientifically and standardizedly prevent, identify, and manage adverse reactions has become a critical issue in ensuring patient safety and improving healthcare quality. To enhance healthcare professionals' expertise, establish standardized protocols, promote multidisciplinary collaboration, and drive continuous improvement in medical care, the "Standardized Management of Contrast Media Adverse Reactions – Fuhai Station," organized by the Chengdu High-Tech Medical Association, was successfully held in the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region on July 11, 2025.

This conference aimed to improve the ability of regional medical institutions to recognize and manage potential adverse reactions related to contrast media. Through systematic training and hands-on exercises, healthcare professionals were equipped with standardized response protocols, thereby effectively reducing risks associated with contrast media use and ensuring patient safety. Additionally, the event sought to strengthen collaboration and knowledge-sharing among medical institutions, promote the integration and sharing of regional healthcare resources, and establish a scientific and efficient emergency response mechanism. These efforts further elevate the overall standard of medical services, providing patients with a safer and more reliable imaging examination environment. By serving as a model through the Fuhai Station initiative, the event also aims to offer practical experience for other regions to reference, fostering the refinement and widespread adoption of contrast media adverse reaction management systems.
