On the morning of August 11, 2025, the Secretariat of Chengdu High tech Medical Association organized the 9th Party and Government Joint Meeting of 2025, which was chaired by Comrade Zeng Bin, Secretary of the Party Branch, Executive Vice President and Secretary General of Chengdu High tech Medical Association.

All staff of the Secretariat should deeply study and implement Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, especially General Secretary Xi Jinping's important statements on high-quality development, scientific and technological innovation, and medical health, firmly support the "two consolidations" and resolutely achieve the "two safeguards".
The meeting requires a profound understanding of the core essence of the spirit of the documentary, promoting the integration of learning and application, guided by the valuable experience of the Party Central Committee in leading economic and social development during the 14th Five Year Plan period, and closely linked to the actual work of the society, to plan the medium and long-term development plan of the society in a forward-looking and systematic manner. Fully leverage the role of social organizations as staff assistants and bridges in scientific research, talent cultivation, and social services.
The meeting listened to and reviewed the work reports of various departments of the Secretariat of the Society for July 2025, the progress of key projects, and the work plan for August 2025. The meeting reviewed and approved issues related to academic conferences, special committee elections, personnel work, administrative work, etc.
The leaders of the Secretariat provided individual comments on the progress of each department's work and put forward specific requirements for the next steps of work:
One is to steadfastly implement the innovation driven development strategy. Each department should deeply understand the core content of the "Minshan Fireworks Plan", strengthen innovation awareness, break through fixed thinking patterns and path dependence, systematically plan and fully promote innovative development practices. We need to establish a sound institutional environment that encourages innovation and tolerates failure, increase resource investment, build a high-level innovation platform, stimulate the innovation potential and creative vitality of all employees, thereby solving development problems, shaping competitive advantages, opening up new career prospects, and ensuring that we take the initiative and lead in the times of change.
Secondly, we need to comprehensively strengthen the work of talent introduction and training. Each department must place talent work in a prominent position, guided by scientific development strategies and forward-looking talent planning, daring to break conventions and boldly employ outstanding talents; We need to establish a full chain cultivation mechanism, provide continuous care, precise assistance, professional guidance, and strict assessment for newly hired employees, focus on improving their comprehensive quality and job performance ability, forge a high-quality and professional backbone team, and effectively transform talent advantages into core competitiveness that drives career development.
Thirdly, we need to comprehensively enhance our ability to summarize in writing. All departments must attach great importance to and improve their written summary work, ensuring that the summary content is result oriented, supported by data, and centered on analysis. We should pay attention to in-depth analysis of the effectiveness and shortcomings of our work, objectively reflect progress with detailed data, accurately extract experience, practices, and outstanding achievements, and resolutely eliminate vague descriptions. Through high-quality summarization, we can clearly present the work framework, accurately evaluate the implementation effect, scientifically guide subsequent practices, and provide solid basis for optimizing decision-making, improving efficiency, and promoting the development of the society.
At the end of the meeting, it was emphasized that safety is a prerequisite for development. Require all departments to firmly adhere to the safety bottom line, consolidate safety responsibilities, and ensure high-quality development of the society with a safe and stable environment.
