▶ Check Your Tongue

  • Healthy Tongue: Pale red and moist, with a thin white coating, no teeth marks.

  • Dampness Tongue: Obvious teeth marks. Tongue coating white, slippery, and moist (Cold-Damp) OR tongue coating rough, yellow, and greasy (Damp-Heat).
