ILD is a complex and heterogeneous disease, which is a major challenge faced by respiratory specialists and even internal medicine doctors. The diagnosis and differential diagnosis of ILD are relatively complex, with individualized treatment plans that require the participation of multiple disciplines including respiratory and critical care medicine, rheumatology and immunology, radiology, pathology, and rehabilitation nursing. In order to further promote the standardized diagnosis and treatment of interstitial lung diseases, strengthen the standardized diagnosis and treatment management of ILD, improve ILD diagnosis and treatment capabilities, and enhance ILD diagnosis and treatment talent training, the ILD Special Committee of Chengdu High tech Medical Association successfully held the "Dancing with the Interstitial" - Interstitial Lung Disease Sichuan Guizhou Forum online on July 24, 2025. The conference invited many well-known experts in China to participate in special lectures and case discussions. Representatives attending the conference expressed that they have benefited greatly.
