ILD is a complex and heterogeneous disease, which is a major challenge faced by respiratory specialists and even internal medicine doctors. The diagnosis and differential diagnosis of ILD are relatively complex, with individualized treatment plans that require the participation of multiple disciplines including respiratory and critical care medicine, rheumatology and immunology, radiology, pathology, and rehabilitation nursing. In order to further promote the standardized diagnosis and treatment of interstitial lung disease, strengthen the management of ILD standardized diagnosis and treatment, improve ILD diagnosis and treatment capabilities, and enhance ILD diagnosis and treatment talent training, the "ILD Special Committee Grassroots Tour (Meishan Station) and Meishan Respiratory Medicine Medical Quality Control Center 2025 Third Conference" was successfully held in Meishan City on September 27, 2025. The conference was jointly organized by Meishan Respiratory Medicine Medical Quality Control Center and Chengdu High tech Medical Association, and jointly organized by Meishan People's Hospital and Chengdu High tech Medical Association Interstitial Lung Disease Special Committee. Several well-known experts from China were invited to participate in the conference for special lectures and case discussions. Representatives attending the conference expressed that they have benefited greatly.
