Hosted by the Chengdu High-Tech Medical Association, this fifteenth installment was convened to build upon the valuable experience and academic foundations of previous sessions, further deepening and expanding the discussion on the critical issue of managing the "Three Highs" comorbidities within a whole-population context.

This conference focused on emerging challenges and trends in current clinical practice, aiming to establish a high-level dialogue platform that sparks the exchange of cutting-edge ideas and promotes the sharing of innovative practices. Its core objective was to foster the deep integration of theory and clinical application, exploring ways to translate the concept of whole-life-cycle management into personalized, integrated diagnosis and treatment plans for diverse populations, particularly for patients with complex comorbidities. The profound significance of the conference lies in its systematic review and synthesis of past experiences, combined with the introduction of the latest research findings and real-world evidence. This has effectively promoted the optimization and integration of multidisciplinary diagnosis and treatment models, broken down knowledge barriers between specialties, and guided healthcare professionals in developing a patient-centered, comprehensive management mindset that covers the entire disease spectrum.
