On November 6, 2025, Shi Lei, the Minister of Science and Technology Innovation Service Department of Chengdu Private Economy Development Promotion Center (Director of Policy and Regulation Department of Chengdu Science and Technology Bureau), led a team to visit Chengdu High tech Medical Association for guidance.

Before the meeting, Secretary General Zeng Bin of Chengdu High tech Medical Association accompanied the visiting leaders to visit the exhibition platform of the Association's Medical Engineering Integration Innovation Service Center, and provided a detailed introduction to the current development status of the center and the key work of the Association in promoting medical innovation drive, industrial services, and other aspects.

At the meeting, Secretary General Zeng Bin warmly welcomed Minister Shi Lei and his delegation on behalf of the society. He comprehensively introduced the operation mode and work effectiveness of the Society from the aspects of Party building guidance, development process, key task planning and execution, and industrial positioning clusters, based on practical work. At the same time, he elaborated on the phased achievements of the Medical Engineering Integration Collaborative Innovation Center in platform construction, project promotion, and future planning.

Minister Shi Lei emphasized the establishment background, organizational structure, and core functions of the Chengdu Private Economy Development Promotion Center. He elaborated on the measures and practical achievements of the center in serving private enterprises, building industrial systems, establishing resource docking platforms, and optimizing the business environment.

Subsequently, both sides had in-depth discussions and exchanges on topics of common concern, such as how to strengthen resource docking, promote the development of private enterprises in the field of health services, and optimize the industrial ecology. The Chengdu High tech Medical Association elaborated on the practical needs and difficulties faced in promoting the integration of medicine and industry services, including policy understanding, resource allocation, and the transformation path of innovative achievements. Minister Shi Lei listened carefully to the introduction of the situation and provided high-level guidance and ideas for the development of the society, based on the core functions and practical experience of the Municipal Private Economy Development Promotion Center in government enterprise exchanges, resource docking, enterprise friendly services, industrial research, and park construction.

During this exchange, the association received professional guidance and strong support from the Chengdu Private Economy Development Center, which further clarified the future development path and core ideas.
