China currently has over 300 million patients with chronic diseases, covering various fields such as cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, chronic respiratory diseases, and cancer. These diseases not only severely consume medical resources and hinder socioeconomic development but also impose heavy mental and economic burdens on families and individuals. In light of this urgent situation, exploring and implementing effective strategies for chronic disease prevention and control, as well as enhancing clinical diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation, have become critical issues requiring immediate resolution. After careful consideration, the Chengdu High-Tech Medical Association plans to hold the "Academic Exchange Conference on New Advances in Chronic Disease Prevention and Treatment" on August 28, 2025. The conference will focus on the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of chronic diseases, introducing new pathways, technologies, and methods for chronic disease management. Through high-standard and high-level academic exchange and collaboration, the conference aims to inject new vitality and momentum into chronic disease prevention and treatment.
The conference is designed to promote the exchange of cutting-edge advancements and clinical practical experiences in the field of chronic disease prevention and treatment, and to establish a multidisciplinary, multi-level platform for academic dialogue. It seeks to bring together experts, scholars, and frontline medical workers from both domestic and international related fields to jointly explore new strategies, technologies, and achievements in chronic disease prevention and control. By facilitating the translation of scientific research and innovation into practical applications, the conference aims to elevate the overall standard of chronic disease management, foster consensus, and explore new directions for addressing the public health challenges posed by chronic diseases.
