It also reviewed and approved related issues such as supplier contract signings, personnel management, and administrative tasks.

Leaders of the Secretariat commented on the work of each department and put forward clear requirements for the next steps:

First, all departments should initiate planning for 2026 as early as possible and systematically formulate annual goals and assessment indicators. Adhering to the principle of multi-dimensional coordination, emphasis should be placed not only on quantifiable performance indicators but also on scientifically setting key qualitative metrics. This will promote the organic integration of coordinated development, systematic development, development, and high-quality development. Efforts should be made to optimize work mechanisms, improve development layouts, and ensure that all work arrangements have clear directions, well-defined paths, and strong support, laying a solid foundation for the long-term healthy development of the Association.

Second, it is essential to deeply recognize that promoting the deep integration and coordinated development of traditional and emerging businesses is a strategic task crucial to the long-term and overall interests of the Association. Encountering difficulties and challenges during the exploration and development of innovative businesses is an objective law of development. All employees must maintain strategic resolve, strengthen confidence in development, courageously face problems, take initiative and responsibility, and steadfastly advance the optimization and transformation of the business structure.

Third, great importance must be attached to the preparations for the inaugural High-Tech Health and Medical Industry Collaborative Innovation Development Conference. It is crucial to deeply understand the platform role and significance of this conference in promoting industrial integration and leading innovative development, and to enhance the sense of responsibility and urgency. All relevant responsible departments must act immediately, work backward from the deadline, make detailed arrangements, and meticulously refine plans, coordinate resources, and implement tasks with a attitude, ensuring that the conference is distinctive, high-level, and achieves tangible results.

Finally, the meeting emphasized the importance of strictly implementing all safety measures. Key efforts should focus on addressing violations such as smoking in non-smoking areas, while continuously conducting in critical areas such as fire safety, electricity usage, and equipment management. A systematic approach should be established, including maintaining logs, settingdeadlines, implementing closed-loop management, and improving mechanisms to ensure that potential safety hazards are detected early and addressed promptly, thereby solidifying the safety.
