On October 11, 2025, the "Chengdu Disinfection Supply Basic Knowledge and Skills' Professional Competition '" was successfully held in the Academic Lecture hall of Chongzhou People's Hospital. The event was hosted by the Chengdu Disinfection Supply Medical Quality Control Center, organized by Chongzhou People's Hospital, and co-organized by the Disinfection Supply Specialized Committee of Chengdu High-tech Medical Association and the Chongzhou Disinfection Supply Medical Quality Control Center.

Under the chairmanship of Zhao Chun, the head nurse of the Disinfection Supply Center of Chongzhou People's Hospital, and Xu Jiangling, the professional group leader, the "Professional Competition" on basic knowledge and skills of Disinfection supply in Chengdu City kicked off. A total of 37 contestants from 35 medical institutions selected and recommended by the disinfection supply medical quality control centers of 23 districts, counties and cities in Chengdu or by experts in their respective areas participated in the preliminary round. Through online answering on Wenjuanxing, 16 outstanding contestants were immediately selected to enter the final round.

The final round was divided into three sections: compulsory questions, quick response questions and risk questions. The contestants were full of energy and confident. Their eagerness to get started made the competition atmosphere even more intense. Through the collision of wisdom and knowledge, and the contest of courage and speed, after one and a half hours of intense competition, one first prize, two second prizes and three third prizes were finally awarded. Finally, Director Liu Tun, on behalf of the Chengdu Disinfection Supply Medical Quality Control Center, presented the Chongzhou People's Hospital with the Excellent Organization Award.

Finally, Professor Liu Tun, the business director of Chengdu Disinfection Supply Medical Quality Control Center and the chairperson of the Disinfection Supply Professional Committee of Chengdu High-tech Medical Association, delivered a concluding speech, affirming the excellence of the contestants and praising their composure and solid knowledge reserves. It was also announced that the top 8 in the final would represent the Chengdu Disinfection Supply Medical Quality Control Center to participate in the Disinfection Supply Basic Knowledge and Skills Competition held by the Sichuan Disinfection Supply Medical Quality Control Center.
