To enhance the early identification of sepsis in primary hospitals, standardize diagnosis and treatment processes, and strengthen multidisciplinary collaboration, the provincial continuing education project "Intensive Management Training Course on Sepsis" (Project No.: 25-003-19002501) for 2025, organized by the Chengdu High-Tech Medical Association, was successfully held on November 7, 2025.
The conference aimed to address sepsis as a challenging and hot topic in critical care medicine by systematically introducing the latest domestic and international diagnostic and treatment guidelines, clinical practices, and research advancements. Through in-depth theoretical explanations and analysis of typical cases, the event facilitated the exchange of experiences and technical sharing among various medical institutions. This, in turn, helps standardize diagnosis and treatment practices, optimize treatment processes, and ultimately achieve homogenization and high-quality development of critical care medical services. Its significance lies not only in improving frontline medical personnel's capabilities in early identification, precise intervention, and comprehensive management of sepsis but also in strengthening the citywide quality control system for critical care medicine, thereby building a more robust and reliable defense to safeguard the health and lives of the people.
