To thoroughly implement national, provincial, and municipal requirements for strengthening healthcare quality management and effectively advance the enhancement of medical quality control in Chengdu High-Tech Zone, the Health Bureau organized a work exchange meeting for medical quality control sub-centers on December 25. The session summarized achievements in 2025 and collectively explored strategies and measures for continuous improvement and advancement of medical quality control in 2026. At the meeting, directors and secretaries from seven representative sub-centers delivered presentations summarizing this year's work and proposing next year's operational plans and recommendations. Participants then engaged in thorough discussions on how to more quantitatively and indicator-based demonstrate quality control outcomes, as well as how to further enhance the precision, standardization, and informatization of quality control work.

The head of the Health Division at the Health Bureau noted that through concerted efforts in recent years, the High-Tech Zone's quality control system has been continuously refined, significantly elevating the standard of medical quality control and ensuring robust patient safety. However, shortcomings remain in aligning with higher-level requirements, refining work objectives, innovating methodologies, and summarizing outcomes, indicating that the quality and effectiveness of medical quality control still require further enhancement.

Through this exchange meeting, the various medical quality control sub-centers further unified their thinking, built consensus, clarified the key priorities and direction for the next phase of medical quality control work in the High-Tech Zone, and proposed many practical and effective working methods. All participants agreed that it is essential to adhere to medical safety as the bottom line, adopt a problem-oriented approach, and aim for continuous improvement in medical quality and safety. They committed to deepening tiered and categorized management to continuously elevate the level of medical quality control work.
