ILD is a complex and heterogeneous group of diseases, representing a major diagnostic challenge and a severe burden for respiratory specialists and even internists. The diagnosis and differential diagnosis of ILD are relatively intricate, with highly individualized treatment approaches, requiring multidisciplinary collaboration involving departments such as respiratory and critical care medicine, rheumatology, radiology, pathology, and rehabilitation nursing. To further standardize the diagnosis and treatment of interstitial lung diseases, strengthen the management of ILD protocols, enhance diagnostic and therapeutic capabilities, and improve training for ILD specialists, the Chengdu High-Tech Medical Association Interstitial Lung Disease Committee successfully held the ILD Committee Grassroots Tour Lecture (Kunming Station) on November 29, 2025. The event invited several renowned experts from the western region to participate and engage in case discussions. Attendees reported significant benefits from the session.
