On the afternoon of March 12, the Corporate Strategic Consulting and Training Seminar, co-hosted by Chengdu High-tech Medical Association and Chongqing Nanfang Xinhua Management Consulting Co., Ltd., was grandly held at Chengdu High-tech Medical Association.
The event specially invited Mr. Hu Gengduan (stage name Hu Ge), Chief Architect of Chongqing Nanfang Xinhua Management Consulting Co., Ltd. and a strategic partner of the Association, to deliver a special sharing session. The seminar attracted dozens of entrepreneurs, senior executives and industry peers from the healthcare sector. The venue was filled with a warm atmosphere with frequent on-site interactions.
At the opening of the conference, Feng Huaizhi, Director of the Medical-Industrial Integration and Collaborative Innovation Center of Chengdu High-tech Medical Association, delivered an opening address. He pointed out that the healthcare industry has shifted from reliance on standalone technological advantages to systematic competition integrating technology, capital, strategy and supply chains. Enterprises lacking full-industry-chain capabilities will soon be eliminated from the market.
Chengdu High-tech Medical Association will jointly build an enterprise empowerment system of "One Body with Two Wings" together with Chongqing Nanfang Xinhua Management Consulting Co., Ltd. Taking the Medical-Industrial Integration and Collaborative Innovation Center as the core body, the system regards strategic consulting and capital docking as two supporting wings. It will support enterprises in sustainable survival, robust development and external expansion through full-chain services covering cognitive upgrading to practical implementation.

During the training session, Mr. Hu Gengduan first systematically unpacked the underlying logic of capital project screening based on his years of practical experience. On this basis, he summarized the exclusive "345 Rule" that healthcare enterprises must abide by for high-quality development.
The rule consists of three core dimensions: telling three compelling stories covering the team, investment value and channel layout; managing four key groups including internal teams, external clients, cooperative channels and investors; and consolidating five fundamental systems, namely strategy, organization, talent team, operation and marketing.

By empowering enterprises with product competence, organizational capability, sales capacity and brand strength, he resolved the core bottlenecks commonly faced by enterprises, including poor product sales, talent retention difficulties, low customer conversion and tough brand cultivation. With a number of practical business cases, he illustrated a set of actionable, executable and replicable solutions, helping enterprises transform from financing reliance to independent self-operation and profitability.

During the two-hour sharing session, the audience was treated to a constant stream of valuable insights and round after round of applause. Participants commented that Mr. Hu’s sharing embodied both forward-looking international vision and refined practical operability, truly pointing out a clear path for enterprises to break through bottlenecks. This year, the Medical-Industrial Integration and Collaborative Innovation Center will forge ahead in five key areas: solving capital difficulties, facilitating capital docking, further cultivating industries and regional layout, enhancing brand influence and visibility, and building a digital ecosystem for traditional Chinese medicine. Relying on a sound supply chain system and robust digital infrastructure, the Center will support enterprises in realizing standardized operation and large-scale development. In the future, Chengdu High-tech Medical Association will remain committed to building a first-class regional platform for the transformation of medical scientific and technological achievements. Adhering to the development philosophy of "strengthening grassroots foundations and promoting achievement transformation", the Association strives to build an incubator for medical talents and an accelerator for the healthcare industry. In response to industrial development trends and actual corporate needs, it will continue to launch diverse and highly practical empowerment activities to help healthcare enterprises achieve high-quality and sustainable development.
