From April 19 to 21, 2026, Chengdu High-Tech Medical Association successfully held the 2026 Spring Study Session and Launch Meeting for the 3rd Five-Year Development Plan Implementation Campaign in Chengdu. All staff members of the Association Secretariat and specially invited guests gathered together. Through three days of in-depth learning, strategic discussions and team-based tackling of key tasks, the participants achieved unified understanding, improved professional capabilities, and advanced the implementation of strategic plans.
On the morning of April 19, the study session kicked off with a solemn opening ceremony.
Zeng Bin, Party Branch Secretary, Executive Vice President and Secretary-General of Chengdu High-Tech Medical Association, delivered a special report entitled Write the Youth Answer Sheet with Struggle, Build a Healthy China with a Sense of Responsibility, conducting in-depth ideological mobilization and strategic guidance for all participants.
He closely followed the core logic of recognizing changes, adapting to changes, and pursuing changes, guiding all participants to deeply reflect on the Association’s position and mission amid profound changes of the times.
Analyzing the situation from multiple dimensions including the global landscape, national strategies and industry trends, he pointed out that the Association should build an innovative service platform featuring integration of six chains, launch internal innovation and entrepreneurship initiatives to fully mobilize the vitality of all staff, and strive to build the Association into a first-class national medical and scientific society.
The study session also invited Professor Huang Haitao, an expert in artificial intelligence, and Hu Gengduan, a strategic consulting expert, to deliver lectures on science, technology and strategy. The courses broadened participants’ horizons for the Association to grasp industry trends, explore paths of technological empowerment, analyze how to break through traditional businesses amid profound changes of the era, and discover the second growth curve for self-development.
The Staff Career Development Forum & Team Building Activity themed Empower Growth, Embark on a New Journey Together not only provided a platform for employees to showcase themselves and exchange ideas, and outlined a path for personal growth to resonate in harmony with the Association’s development, but also forged team spirit through collaborative challenges, enabling participants to deeply comprehend the cultural connotation of the "Minshan Heritage Spirit".
The study session specially invited Dean Li Ming from Sichuan Academy of Social Organization Development and Professor Yan Hong from the Regional Economics Teaching and Research Department of Sichuan Party School & Sichuan Administration Institute to deliver special lectures. They systematically interpreted the latest policies and regulations as well as the requirements of the national special campaign for standardizing and rectifying social organizations. Closely integrating national policies, industrial trends and the development orientation of the Association, they clarified the strategic opportunity window and development path for the Association. This enables the Association’s development to resonate with national strategies and accurately identify the development direction and key priorities in the starting year of the 15th Five-Year Plan period.
At the closing ceremony, Zeng Bin, Secretary-General of the Association, delivered a comprehensive summary of the study session. He required all participants to anchor their goals, make solid efforts in implementation, and translate the gains and reflections from the session into tangible achievements in performing their duties and shouldering responsibilities.
At the ceremony, leaders of the Association presented awards to outstanding employees who won the career planning speech contest. Meanwhile, they officially signed entrepreneurship cooperation agreements with the innovation working groups and granted plaques to them.
This spring study session served not only as an ideological baptism and capacity enhancement training, but also as a pre-campaign muster and mobilization. Taking this learning activity as a new starting point, all staff members of Chengdu High-Tech Medical Association will firmly uphold the bottom line of compliance, forge ahead with innovation and breakthroughs, ensure a solid start for the implementation of the Association’s 3rd Five-Year Development Plan, and contribute greater strength to the construction of a Healthy China.
